For the Christian believer, the answer to your question would be no. This belief is based on scripture from Romans Chapter 8 that states that nothing can separate us from God. In answer to your 2nd question, it's not my place to judge who goes to heaven or hell, but the doctrine of the church states that you must confess Jesus as your Savior to be redeemed.
