All you who think it`s OK to drive without insurance just consider for a moment when these half brains who obviously don`t give a toss about anyone, and that includes their passengers, need reporting and putting away. I suppose you think it`s OK for someone to be killed or maimed with no financial help because some prat couldn't be arsed to tax and insure their vehicle.
Bear in mind even if you have insurance you will not be covered anyway, unless you are street legal. .

Do not have any qualms whatever about reporting this person.
If the car isn't taxed, it won't be insured.
It's also probable that it won't have an MoT Certificate. In that case the car could well be dangerous.
Get the bugger off the road!!

People are saying get a life etc well driving without insurance is one of the reasons why insurance premiums is so ******* high. I suppose if your saw a burglery or similar happening in your street you wouldn't contact the police - because after all you are a nosy neighbour.

Tell the Police or if you want to be anonymous Crime stoppers. They can have the car crushed, if there is no insurance these days.

Contact the DLVA with the details of the offender or you could speak to the police or better still a traffic warden

Get in touch with the police or D.V.L.A,and inform them.Or even ring Crime-stoppers,as driving with no tax,is against the law.
Better make sure you have all the facts first. If you know their name, address, and registration number.
