Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7VZ
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

RE:
Shawfield Dogs?
Going to Shawfield dog track on Saturday night, any useful tips? I know not to eat the pies but could be doing with some more tips! Putting this in Scottish Fitba cause no one outside Glasgow has ever been there and lived!

Dogs are generally dodgy to bet on as their form isn't as easy to follow as horses.
If you look at the results of horse meetings you will find at least one favourite wins at 99 out of every 100 race meetings (ie at least 1 Fav will win out of the 6 or 7 races that day).
Decide how much you want to win, say £10 and bet the amount you need for the fav to give you a return of £10. If the fav doesn't win race 1, then bet race 2 fav to give you return of tenner plus your loss from race 1. If the fav doesnt win til race 5 or 6, you can be betting quite big stakes but if you do your sums right and have faith in this you will still walk away with the wanted return (here £10) Important if you do do this, you stop betting when a fav wins as no guarentee another fav will win again. Saying this, i only heard this for horses, dunno about dogs.
Regardless, the way the weather is looking. Shawfield will be flooded and your tenner will be better spent for a three minute dance at Legs N Co. Enjoy.

Rutherglen is supposed to be a rough area just round the corner from the gorbals, but I always found everyone round there friendly when I used to go to Shawfield Stadium when Glasgow Speedway were based there.

Calm down, a night at the dogs is different. Do what you normally do on a night out, you will really enjoy it. Glasgow is a lovely city.
