I understand that finding true love is really hard. You eaither have to be really lucky or......well pretty much that's it. Divorce rate is higher than ever. Breaking up as bf/gf is greater than ever. Is it true that single people now are not even looking for a gf or bf? Im a single guy and whenever I had an attraction to a girl, she always taken. I am not a homewrecker so i dont go forward with the persue. But ive noticed that single girls doesnt want to get hooked up anymore. Most single people now just want to have fun and not be with one person for a long time. I am a different breed of singles. I am looking for a long term gf and hopefully will become my wife in the future. Im on26 now and Im done with messin around. I've been with several girls in the past but it's just having fun. Now im ready to settle down with only 1 person. But it's hard for me to find a serious gf because people dont like to stay in a relationship for a long time anymore.

i know I am a very good boyfriend material because I dont cheat. I dont believe in cheating. I like to have kids in the future but when i told single girls about that, they get freaked out thinking i'm going to marry them on the spot or something. I mean give me a break here. I guess single ladies now like guys who fool around and cheat behind your back so you can start sh*t in the relationship just to spice things up.

You really answered your question yourself.

While it may seem that divorce and break-up rates are at an all time low, keep in mind that it is now more socially acceptable to get a divorce or have sex outside of a relationship then it has been in the past. Also, with the amount of communication possibilites that we have, there is also a larger chance of miscommunication. How many times have you heard of a girl breaking up with her boyfriend because of a "suspicious email" that turned out to be nothing more than a caring letter from a loving parent? Society is changing, morals are changing, and divorce and break-up's are following right along.

Fortunitly, you are also in luck. There are many other people in the world who are fed up with the "just for fun" 'relationships' and are searching for their life mate. You're only 26. You have many years ahead of you. There is no way to rush life, but there are ways to waste it. My advice would be to remove your focus on finding a potential life-long partner and to go about your everyday life like you normally would. Then, one day when you meet the girl of your dreams, you'll realize that the wait was well worth it.

I say that you answered your own question because you allude to your "being with other girls for fun" in the past. Many other people are still at this stage. This is why patience is key. You can't expect everyone to change at the same time as you. It just isn't rational, and if you're waiting for that, you'll be waiting forever.

Good luck!

No, its not all time low..

every one wants to be in the long term relation...
but the problem is - every one wants to take it from partner and is not willing to give back
