Is your cousin under 18 years of age? If so she is a minor and what her ex-boyfriend is doing is criminal.
Unfortunately as long as you are aware of it and do nothing about it you are now held liable and could legally be held to your inaction as a potential perpetrator.
Your first responsibility regardless of what the perceived outcome is to tell her mother and the school authorities.
It does not matter now who gets mad or what. It will keep you out of trouble in the Big Way. After all the first priority is to keep your cousin safe.

find a teacher you or her trust and tell her about it. She then can advice you in more detail. But my advise would be to you say to your cousin to stop meeting him wherever, and never ever be alone with him. If she has to see him, go with her and let him no without a doubt that she doesn't like the way he's behaving.
Older sisters or brothers, yours or hers are also a good option to confide your problem too, and they sometimes can help you both. Is your mother or father less strict than hers, because if they are she should tell them, and maybe your parents could advice her.

ABSOLUTELY tell someone!! This situation could prove to be very dangerous for her!! NO ONE EVER has the right to touch ANYONE if it's not welcomed and in this case it's CERTAINLY NOT!! You are doing the most responsible and loving thing possible in a case like this if you let someone (anyone you feel comfortable with) know what's going on. I congratulate you on taking a step that could prevent your cousin from a more traumatic event happening!! Good Luck!!

You definitely need to tell someone. Tell your mom so she can talk to her. She came to you for help. She may be scared about her mom's reaction to the situation, but she doesn't want it to continue and cried for help. She is being abused and is all ready getting raped it just hasn't happened with penetration yet. I think something needs to be done and fast. He needs to get help before his actions are taken to the next step and she will need counseling so she doesn't feel like this is her fault. It is human nature to blame ourselves when we find ourselves in situations like this, but she needs to learn to realize it is not her fault. I really don't think her mother will react the way she thinks she will (at least I hope not). Most likely she will freak out, but not at her daughter. I would castrate the bastard who did anything like that to my child. Hope this helps!

You have to say something to someone. This could get out of hand. When i was a child my sister came and told me that our step dad was touching her and i said nothing cause she ask me not to say a word. When my sister got older she finally told someone and noone believed her. i never said nothing thinking it was the right thing. my sister even got kicked out over this. well im older now and my sister is in heaven. i would give anything if i would have told someone the very day she told me i cant even tell her im sorry now she is dead. so you have to tell so you wont have to live with this kind of guilt.

i think you should tell her mom because it could turn into something much worse, its better to get yelled at than to get raped.her mum would probably be greatfull that u cared enough about her daughter to tell.i think her mum would help her get through this and stop it.
