It depends what Route You take, how fast and at what time You're going there...

Puerto Rico's Road are Jammed from 6:30 am until 8:am and then from 4:00pm until 6:pm

If you go in time of no vehicule congestion at a regular speed you should take about 45 minutes to one hour. But the stuff get really bad if you try to go to Yabucoa at 4:30pm until 6:30pm. You can take easily two or 2 1/2 hours.
