You can wait 6 more months i believe and get a driver's license if you are indeed 17 1/2.

Otherwise you would have to go to a driver's education class and that by itself would cost 200$ and probably take up 6 months.

If I were you I would just wait it out until you turn 18. Then all you have to do is take the tests at the DOL.

i think you only have to wait until your 18yrs old to get drivers license if you DIDN'T take drivers Ed. if you have taken drivers Ed then you can take test when you are 16 yrs+ and passed drivers Ed

the day you turn 18, you can get a drivers license, but right now, your good with a learners permit.

you dont have to wait but if u get it before ur 18 there will be alot of resrtictions and if one of those restrictions are broken and they catch u they will take ur licence for a year
