Pancreatitis is very serious and can be life threatening. I would not risk trying to treat your dog at home. Generally a dog needs to be kept off all oral food and water and needs to be treated with IV fluids. This is to give the pancreas a rest so that it can heal and reduce the inflamation. Often IV antibiotics are also used as well as other medications for vomiting and intestinal inflamation. There really isnt anything for you to do without contacting your vet. Your dog can get very sick and dehydrated very quickly. I am sorry your dog feels so bad- good luck and make sure you get veterinary treatment.

How do you know it is mange? Has it been diagnosed as mange by a Vet? There aren't any home remedies for mange, you first need to know what type of mange it is (if it even IS mange) and your Vet will treat it accordingly. There are all types of skin problems that can look similar to another.

no home remedy, they need to be hospitalized depending on severe. It also can be fatal if left untreated. What can help are the meds givin in hospital as well as NPO (nothing by mouth, even water) for days, and if you did that at home you could kill your dog, in hospital they are on IV fluids to counteract dehydration.
