I sympathize, I've tried everything and I have very sensitive skin. Ance free will make you skin be a little irritated but it goes away after about two days. The BEST thing I've tried is Acne Free (it stands up to it's name) it's a generic proactive, It's 75% cheaper and for me worked so much better, the best deal is at Cosco about 27$ for three months and make sure you get the box with the extra cream called the terminator on the top, it is amazing! Over night for those one or two zits ( if I even have any) are 50% to 100% gone. And if you don't like it they have a 60 day money back guarantee, and for those mornings or nights when your just so tierd you don't want to wash your face get some kind of deep cleaning clothes and keep them by your bed.Good Luck
But if that doesn't work, try witch hazel, it's very soothing for when you face hurts but doesn't have any oil.

I've used Clean & Clear products for years and it truly does help. They're affordable too! I'm trying out Neutrogena's oil-free acne wash which also helps too. After washing your face with acne wash, make sure you use an acne moisturizer for best results and also good for taming dry skin. One of the things I've learned from the Beauty Bible is that if you have new breakouts, put some red eyes (yes, those eye drops) on a q-tip and leave it on for a minute or so. Redness starts to go away and and the pimple gets smaller YMMV (*your mile may vary!)

You have to drink pure water, like aquafina, instead of pop and juice, and drink the recommended amount.
Stay away from Chocolate and Fries
and get exercise and eat green vegetables
Thats the only way to get rid of them for good
I have heard of people using Colloidal Silver to get rid of them, I guess it kills the bacteria, I don't know, I only heard that.
But whatever you do, you have to deal with what is causing the problem, and polluting your body with junk food is what is causing them.

The best treatment on the market is accutane you can decrease your breakouts after the six month treatment for years. but that if your doctor feel your acne is bad enougth for that treatment. it is a last resort kind of treatment. But others i think that are helpful is tazorac, differin, minocycline, salicylic acid.
