Yes! Go to the mcDonald's make a right. Then go to the flowershop on the corner, and bear left. go straight through 3 camel crossings. When you see the desert, your almost there. Travel for about 4 more miles, and that will put you right in the heart of who knows where, surrounded by who knows what. lol sorry can't help.

Hi! What a good question! I don't know about Tehran, but in Dubai, there is at least one small shop in the Dragon Mart on Hwy 44 and a bigger one near the Karama Suq. Any good dtaxi drver can help you find the one near the Karama suq. If I remember right, it is on the back side of a building along Bin Zayed Rd, On the opposite side of an electronics store called Al Mejdaf.
