my parents who almost never fight aren't speaking to each other and are also avoiding one another. i don't remember how it started but i remember it being something stupid that should've blown over by now.
any tips on getting them speaking again?

Just give them time. They'll speak when they're ready to speak.
You can't just force them to. It'll probably just makes things worse.
Don't worry. My boyfriend is pretty stubborn himself.

You can tell them that their fight is having a negative effect on you and that you are saddened by it. Other than that you need to realize that you have little control. This is their issue. I hope they can work it out.
