I have 3 min pins, minuture pinchers, and they are cute and love attention. they snuggle up with you and love to play. but for me, it was hard to potty train them. so if u want a min pin they need attention and have time to play and train them when they are young. Good luck

Rat Terriers can do well with little space, but they do require exercise. Naturally, since they are small it is not difficult to exercise them; Just teach him how to play fetch. Terriers love games.
Keep in mind, Terriers need affection and mental stimulation. They love fun and get bored if they are neglected. If they get bored, they may become loud(barking) or chew up furnature.
There are pros and cons to every breed, but I don't know enough about the Pincer or Brussels to offer advise on them.

i have a rat terrier and they are really great but most of them are really energetic and need lots of exercise.
now mini pins are the same way if you will do some research you will find they need lots of excercise. i have both and i know about those 2 but i dont know about the brussels griffon.
go to the home page of puppyfind.com and click find a puppy and then click on letter b and go to the breed of the dog and it will give you brief info that you are looking for.

I would go with a Brussels Griffon. I have friends will all three of these breeds, and the Brussels are the calmest of them all and don't need quite as much exercise and space.

I have a rat terrier/toy fox terrier mix and she doesn't need alot of room to run. She is small, only 8 lbs. I would say a rat terrier.

go the min pin. they are gorgeous make good guard dogs, dont need much grooming except for the occasional bath and brush, need a bit of excercise but if your having a lazy day they will too(as long as you spend it with them). They are also ridiculously easy to train because they are very treat happy. Get a few toys and love it to little bits and pieces and you wont regret it.

none of those i personally think would be good for that size home! but i would recomend a Westie, they are the sweetest dogs and love to play! All dogs require a lot of running area but you know there one that dont necisarilly need all that area!! One thing i would say is that they require a lot of attention to their fur!!
