Hang in there. You have your whole life in front of you. I am sure you friends probably have boyfriends, and you may be feeling the pressure to keep up with them.
Don't be so quick to fall into the boyfriend-girlfriend trap. You are very young, and these relationships can be an emotional roller-coaster ride at your age.
If you start to date a little later; you will be more mature, you will also have a better idea about the kind of young man you would like to spend you time with----Hence, you probably wont have to filter through as many "clunkers" as some of the girls who start dating way too early.
Trust me,...someday your prince will come along too!
P.S.--> Please don't adopt a slutty attitude as someone else suggested. You are too young to be slutty! There are enough slutty girls in the world to go around. Just stay nice--it will pay off i the end!

You're 16--you're still young! When I was in HS I felt that I was doomed too.
1) Learn to who you are. A guy isn't going to make that easier. While you are able to just enjoy your single life, love yourself! Love your body, your mind, everythign. Guys don't like a gal who's clingy and needs constant reminding that she's gorgeous.
2) Relax and enjoy life! So many people put too much emphasis on dating. Wait until college when you can experience an adult life and meet guys who are exactly what you are looking for.
3) Basically, don't be desperate. Don't compare yourself to those other girls--you have so much that they are jealous of. Why compare? Remember: jealousy is based on insecurities!

Guys are only interested in sex. When you get to college guys are a lot hotter and its a new start to act different and be more flirtatious. College is different than high school because everyone isn't in your business. Just keep being your self and guys will like you for who you really are.

I don't know: why don't you think so, maybe if you don't think so long and hard enough they won't.
Why don't you get your butt out there and do something about it, Huh?
Make sure your squeaky clean. Have someone do your hair up real pretty and put some make up on you just nice.
Make sure your clothes look good, do this for awhile and see that the boys don't notice you.

How do you know guys never like you? I strongly doubt that. A lot of times guys are just too shy to express interest - especially at your age. Don't think badly about yourself based on how others respond to you. You don't know what's going on in their heads.

All through high school, I never got any guys. Didn't get my first kiss until I was 18.
I'm 22 now, and trust me girl, it gets better.
You'll grow older, get hotter, and then you'll be beaten them down with a stick.
And plus, high school guys are stupid anyways.

Wow... you do realise that people live 70-100 years or so? It's not unusual to not have a relationship until later like 18 or so, don't sweat it.

i will tell you like i told my son when he came to me about the same thing some times we look so hard we miss what in front of our faces look back some times may be you missed some thing moving so fast slow down look over you shoulder he found her they dated for 3 years whent navy and is mrried to day , the girl told him she had like him for a long time ........
