because everytime i walk by him he looks at me from head to toe then he grabbes me hugs me and he blows in my ear playfight with me and tells me "you know you love me" and we keep braking up and getting back together he even told me to call him.....oh yea and i still love him....

try 2 figure out why u 2 keep braking up. Ask him if he's joking or if he's serious, the longer u wait the more questioned u'll be.

He is playing you. I expect he only loves himself. And he loves to tear you apart because he has the power to do so. Makes him feel powerful and important.

not enough to get back with you obviously. guys go after what they want. he may flirt with but he's not worth it unless he's willing to call you and make the effort. let him be. sounds to me that he likes it that you still like him. and who wouldn't like that attention. he's leading you on so that you don't stop liking him.

he's just looking for sex. he doesn't love you. move on and find someone that loves you for you. don't let him grab you and hug you like that. he's trying to get his "power" back. you know if you truly love him or not, he doesn't. move on ya'lls relationship is no longer.
