Stomach takes more time to digest meat, than time taken to digest dairy products, (Eggs are the fastest coz an egg is a new fomulated protein and in its' early stages while the meat is developed fibers and protein). So if your dinner is meat I'd say AT LEAST WAIT one hour before jogging, because after you eat your body will pump more blood to the stomach for the digestion, thus there will be less left in your legs than normaly would.

That deopends on how much you had and what was in it. If it contained a lot of fat (steak? Cheeseburger?) you will digest it more slowly so you might need to wait as long as two hours before you go jogging.
If it was mostly carbs--Shredded Wheat and toast, say-- you could wait 30 to 40 minutes and be fine.
Or, if you simply have to do something fairly soon after dinner, make sure that you start out slowly, perhaps at a walk. You don' t have to run all the time you are out in order to keep your fitness up. Rest a couple of days a week, or walk after dinner on one of the days you would ordinarliy "rest."

I'd say just get ready and start walking, and maybe walk away from your house for 30 minutes, then turn around and jog back. If you're aiming for fat loss, more lower intensity exercise is better for fat oxidation anyway.

I'd say at least 30 mins, just so the bouncing action doesn't make you nauseous right after having eaten...better to workout before a meal than after, if you can...then your metabolism is revved up and burning calories faster when you eat...

Well, it depends on whereabouts you live. The higher the altitude, the longer the wait. At least 1 half hour. More if you are up high.
