To cook with use either canola or corn unless you'd like to flavor things up a bit then you can use olive oil. It doesn't need to be extra virgin olive oil, that is more for dressings. For baking use canola.

Canola since it is healthier. It is the same of vegetable oil. Also, olive oil is also better, but more for pasta and Italian/French foods as it makes it taste better. Canola would be mainly for the baking.

Corn oil. I don't eat canola oil. It does weird things to my digestive system.

For every day, I use olive oil, unless it's for baking in which case I use canola.

As per my dietician canola is better than corn. Olive is the best but not recomended for deep frying. Corn is to high in starch and carbs.

I would use canola unless I was native american or mexican. Corn products agree with them better than non-traditional corn-eaters.
