Are you sure they don't? Some stores only carry flavors that sell well.
REVISION: I just checked their web site and you are right. There is no reason given.
FURTHER NEWS: Found on a cooking website.
I am told that the company that made Instant Butter Pecan Pudding Mix, Jello, has discontinued the product. My suggestion would be to use Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix in place of the Butter Pecan.

OH My God! I loved it too! BUT unfortunately they discontinued it. Just like everything else! Just when I find something I really really like- they discontinue that item! Campbells soup doesnt sell chili beef anymore and I loved that too. But jello decided that it wasnt a top seller apparently so no longer even make it! Im sad too!
