Because that's me. Try as i might i cannot put on weight (Or height for that matter ;-) ) Is there any point me carrying on with the fantasy that i might meet a girl or should i give up?

Dont give up listen my x boyfriend was short and a bit on the thin side but believe me he more than made up for it in the bedroom he was fantastic so no dont listen to what nasty immature people say the right girl will come along x

Lol...you will meet a girl. Many of my boyfriends have been short and skinny! I had a boyfriend who was 5'2"...didn't make a difference to me. My husband is 5'8" (not that short, but he'd like to be taller of course)...and when I met him he weighed 130 lbs! He gained some pregnancy weight with me, so he's now about 145. But, nonetheless, as my mom always says, "Good things come in small packages." She is married to a compact fellow as well. If a girl doesn't like you because you're short or thin...she's not who you want to be with. Try to find a girl who's the same height as you...sex is better with two people who are around the same height...no lie.

Jesus, you don't need to put on weight or height!
1) Dress to compliment your physical appearance.
2) Stop wondering what type of girl could find you attractive.
3) Just get out there, enjoy yourself, and BE yourself.
You have to look confident and well groomed to make a first impression - after that it's all your personality that does it. Most people have their own preferences on what they find attractive, but I know of plenty of occasions where people meet and date people they would never normally have chosen because they like THEM.
Some women will fancy you, full stop - just be patient and have confidence.

Many of my lovers have been below 5'6", but that means they had much more to them than just height or weight. Some of the sexist men I have ever meet are short. There's likely more to you too. But if you go all hang dog and miserable all the time, who would want to spend time with you? It's attitude, personality, sexiness, and intelligence, none of which is dependant on looks.

listen this is what you should do, forget all of that stuff on the internet or from books you read about, how to get girls, the right girl will come to you one day, and you'll meet up, or she you might not even have one at all, but I'm not certain on that part, the girl will come to you, the girls look for how your recation is to something, your behavoir, how well you get along with things, so don't try to hard, I'm facing the same problem. Take my advise, trust me on this one

You are not fantasising about meeting a girl you have just as much chance of meeting a girl as any other men do. Just because you are short and skinny doesn't mean you won't get a girl . one day I'm sure you will meet that special someone.

Yes. Girls are mainly interested in personality, but there are some shallow ones who only care about appearances. There also might be girls who are only interested in short, skinny guys! Appearance does help, but it's not everything.

i'm not personally interested in that type of guy but of course there are other short skinny girls out there so you'll defintely meet someone and youve got to know that looks is not most important, personality is what really matters.

I don't know because I'm a TALL SKINNY GUY!! Although I've noticed allot of short, fat, tall, skinny, good looking, and even ugly guys on dates with beautiful women!!! My late wife was beautiful and I'm kinda of average or maybe even more on the rough looking side so YES my friend I believe everyone has a chance --- even short skinny guys!!! Good luck ole son
