Which one is highly recommended? I am putting off buying the whole mattress right now and just looking for a mattress topper, but I'm confused with so many different brands out there.

The difference is this....The amount of memory in the visco elastic foam the mattress is made with. Hard to tell the difference in my book. Wished I had them side by side to compare.
I gave up and bought one at Walmart (but it was 6 inches thick) on sale for $149. I love it. Now they have 8 and 12 inches.
One word of advice, buy a good mattress pad because the foam will make you sweat if you sleep on it without one.
You won't regret it.

I believe they are the same thing just stated differently. My chiroprator says it makes a big difference in my back.
