There is this guy who just told me he has feelings for me and wants me to be his girlfriend. You see I don't like him in that way in fact he's kind of annoying how can I break this to him nicely.

Awww...I have had that happen. Well..ebough about me. There is no way to really let a guy down easy. You have to say...
(name) I know you have feelings for me but I dont. I am sure we can be great friends and on the bright side..We might eventually both like each other but for now I dont think it would work out.

tell him you think the gesture's sweet and all but, you just want to be friends. Also try to hook him up with a girl you think might like him, she has to be hot otherwise he won't take to her 'cause, all guys won't a pretty girl to date and eventually screw, but don't worry, she controls the sex schedule, so long as she is reluctant and puts her needs in there too.

Say you are flattered but are not interested. Be honest, he can't fault you for that. Say it nicely and thank him for the complement, you cannot be responsible if it hurts his feelings.

Tell him politely but do it soon...don't do the girl thing and thry to "not hurt him" yes he will be disappointed but he'll at least RESPECT you for not leading him on
