There is no plan that will come out of Bush that will do anything except continue on the course he's set. His head is so far down in the sand, he's so sure of the "vision thing" (to quote his dad) that he will ignore the ISG's recommendations. Same old same old with Dubya. After all, he's the Decider.

The ISG plan that cost us a million dollars is a worthless piece of crap... There are some good notes in there, but nothing that we were not already thinking. The plan is the quickest way to turn Iraq into the next Afghanistan. Leave a huge power vacuum and see who fills it... It won't be the good guys...
