If she lived with you for the entire year, and cohabitation is not illegal in your state, you MAY be able to claim her. If you get married before the end of the year, you are considered married for the entire year for tax purposes. Your marital status as of 11:59:59pm on Dec 31 is your martial status on your tax return. See page 20 of the linked 1040 instructions for details on rules for dependents.

If you provided all their support and both lived with you all year, then you can probably claim both of them as dependents. Your fiance wouldn't qualify you for head of household status, but your child probably would.
