When I was younger I would hear a lot about the end of the world, the "beast", monsters coming out of the water, and humans finally blowing the world up over who will be ruler of all. I would hear a lot about how Christ was coming back and about the Rapture. All this stuff would interest me, but I would think, "Nah, it probably won't happen for a long time". "I can enjoy life by partying and living how I wanted knowing that God would not send me to hell because he is a loving God.
I came to know Christ about the age of 15. I was excited and felt good, I would take my bible to school (Eagle Alternative). People would ridicule me but I didn't care. A few years later I fell from grace, I walked in darkness. I did things that until today I still have a hard time trying to forgive myself for. Up until a few months ago, I could hear God calling me to come back home. I have felt a thirst that could not be quenched. Jesus said that when He calls His "sheep" they hear His voice and recognize His voice. I have heard Him. And I'm glad I did!
Let me ask you something, Do you believe that there is a coming end to this world? Well, let me tell you that the end is not an event that will happen one day out of nowhere. And not something that is still to come sometime in the future. No, it is something that is happening now as you read this! Have you heard about "global warming"? That is caused mostly from power plants. Secular scientist are warning us that within 50 more years, that more than half of all living creatures, will be extinct! They're telling us that if we don't slow it down, the glaciers that are melting now will cause massive floods that will devastate the US. Green Land is melting at record speeds, which will in turn cause even more disastrous events. Keep in mind, we are only talking about global warming.
The bible tells us that in the last days there will be wars and rumors of wars, (Iraq, Vietnam, WW 1&2) famines, (Africa) earthquakes in various places, (there has been more earthquakes in the last few hundred years than it has ever before, according to "experts"). God said that upon his return "The earth will shake".
I will tell you a truth, we have more reason to believe that Christ will return in our generation, that any generation before us! Do you know why? Well, my friends, one very specific reason which is a prophecy from Mathew 24, it says that when you see the "Fig Tree" put forth leaves you know that summer is near, even so when you see these things, know that it is near , at the door. So what does that mean anyway? Well, in the old testament, "Fig Tree" is used a few times to symbolize the state of Israel (Jerusalem). "Put forth leaves" means that is becoming "alive". Did you know that the state of Israel became known as a state recently in 1948 ish? It has been abandoned for over 2000 years since it was destroyed in 70 AD!
That is just one reason, one prophecy, that lets us know, we are living in the very last days.
My purpose for this "Blog" is to warn everyone of the reality of what is going on. We have become a generation that cares about nothing more than partying, looking good this weekend, hooking up, blinging, representing your set, and just crap that does nothing more than to lead you to Death! Which is the enemy's plan in the first place. Join me on this journey as we see biblical prophecy become a reality right before our very eyes!
God Bless.

You're right we are approaching the end and all the signs are here that Jesus's presence has started (Matthew 24:3-14). Jesus also said that some people won't notice when he come, and not to believe people who say 'there he is', because his presence won't be like that (Matthew 24:23-27). That's because he is now a spirit. Also, things are bad now, but they're are going to get a lot worse (Matthew 24:20-22). What you need to do is learn about God and Jesus, and then they will get you through it (John 17:3, Romans 10:13). A lot of people won't believe that the end is coming, and will laugh at the idea, even Christians (2 Peter 3:3-10). But Armageddon was written for a reason.
Please take the opportunity to have a free Bible study with the Jehovah's Witnesses, as they will show you alot.
For example, did you know that God's name is Jehovah (Exodus 6:3, Psalm 83:18 King James Version), and that everything about Christmas is pagan (check out it's roots using google). There's many more things apart from this, and bear in mind these 2 scriptures.
Matthew 7:21-23
21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.
Matthew 7:13-14
13 “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

A VERY POPULAR BOOK OF ANCIENT WRITINGS SO MODERN TO THESE LAST DAYS
KJV Bible 1611 CE published puls 303 years is 1914 CE and 1260 days or 42 months that is 3 1/2 years WW1 for an excepted translation that complies with the law of man and God. Rev.11:1-3; 12:6,7-11,12,14; 13:5; From 1620 the British colonies are on soil never organized in world rule.
So the bible tell us about the end times, some say the apostles expected it in their time.
How could they?
The bible was written for the end times.
It covered 1,110 years for 39 O.T. books done 443 years before Christ.
The N.T. books of 27 as we know it, was done 50 to 100 years after Christ.
When I see the time, 1 wonder where was the truth all those years, I find Daniel doing the same thing when Babylon world Empire #3, has destroyed the Promised Land, temple and kings.
THERE WILL BE NO KING UNTIL THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS AS KING
Dan.8:12-14 [ 2300 ]; If days for Daniel is years for the book, then in 1694 CE it has been in circulation in the world 83 years, and prophecy is that Satan is to be cast out of heaven to end world Empire #7 at 2,520 years after Babylon world Empire # 3.
Jesus was Crucified, resurrected and ascended in Rome world Empire #6, and John was on Patmos and wrote Revenlation near 100 years later in the same world Empire.
Dan.9:2,24-27 [ The math for the first coming of Jesus is given ];
Dan.7:25 [ The math for end times, begans 2300, as 8:12-14; says ];
Daniel gives us all evidence that prophecy tells us what will be in world history.
Michael of Jude 9; and Dan.12:1-13; in Rev.12:6-11,12; With holy angels cast Satan and unholy angels down to earth as Christ had ascended to wait for this Acts 2:27-35; as in Matt.22:42-44 [ the enemies are to come down, Heb.1:1-13; Rom.16:20 the apostles expecy Satan to be underfoot.
WITH SATAN DOWN:
John 3:13-17; 6:39,40,44; 14:3 A PLACE IS PREPARED FOR THE RAISED UP TO BE WITH JESUS.
Matt.24:3 [ end of world ], 7 [ Major wars as WW1 Rev.13:1-5,6-10; WW2 & holocaust
Rev.13:1-18 German Nation Hitler 666 man of WW2 ], 14 [ Jesus kingdom coming and Satan is going out ], 15 [ Daniel's Prophecy ], 22 [ foe Elect sake ], 34 [ the generation to be aware all prophecy is in process ], 36-38 [ Only God knows the day and hour, to the worldly it is as in the days of Noah ];
Michael is there to last 1Thes.4:15-17;
1Thes.5:1-9,21;
For children of the light of times and seasons, Jesus does not come as a thief in the night.
Eph.2:7; 3:21;
THE WORLD WITH JESUS IS WITHOUT END John 3:16;

Honey, I'm on the journey with you and ain't it grand!!! Thanks for sharing your fall and rise. I did the same thing (I had accepted the Lord when I was younger) and ran from God as hard and fast as I could. I got into the New Age movement until one day I was standing in a book store about to buy a book titled "Seth Speaks." As I picked up the book I felt in my spirit these words: "You are about to go so far you won't be able to find your way back." I immediately put the book down and left the store. I began seeking the Lord again and 16 years later I'm still on the journey of a lifetime. God bless you too!!

Hallelujah you were saved when you were 15! Great testimony, and you know you can always turn your heart back to the Lord by being with the saints and sharing your situation with them! Though many Christians believe that 'it' is soon going to come, we really shouldn't predict when the Lord will come back. I mean, He'll come when it's the right time. I think you should check out your local church [ex/ Church in Chicago, Church in Irvine, etc. if you haven't' yet]. You just feel touched by the Lord in your spirit and it's great to stay with the saints, who can help you in 'worldly' situations. I really think you would enjoy going to this type of local church. But of course, if you are fine going to the one you go to right now, you still may have received the Lord. I personally think that posting this on Y!A wouldn't exactly persuade many people, but it's great to hear that believers and born again Christians are trying! This is reality, but unfortunately many people won't believe until they have proof. If only they try to have a personal relationship with God. Anyways, keep exercising your spirit, try not to predict when the Lord will come back, and check out your local church if you have time!
In Christ, Melodie.

Wow. Sounds like you need a hobby.
And if this were the end, you wouldn't be experiencing it, would you? The chosen get raptured up BEFORE all the bad stuff starts.
Nope, just looks like another typical day on a world where God doesn't care and lets his people suffer.
Cheers.

To answer your (long-winded) "question", no I don't believe it.
The world as we know it may end, but it has more to do with things I don't understand - like the environment and other science things - than this wrathful god creature.
Who doesn't exist, FYI.

Amen...and for those that only have something negative to say...
They only say what they say because they're heartless...Even if your not Christian you should care about the earth and everything in it! One way or another this world is going to end! If you believe in science...well you have your proof! And if you believe in God then here's are proof! Because he already predicted it way before you had scientist to back it up!!!
