Preferably, something easy that I can buy and not cook! Nothing like muffins or danish. Too boring and too sweet.

get those little mini quiches - they cook easy and taste good. You can find them in the freezer section.

You can buy frozen miniature quiches and heat them up

Prepared cut up fruit - usually have this in the produce section of your grocery store.

I like a good tossed salad with my brunch - so that is an idea.

Make cheese grits - easy to make (I know you don't want to cook - but they are so good!)

pasta salad would also be nice

a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with some bread, mayo and mustard for making sandwiches (you can order the cold cut platter from the deli at your local grocery)

Grapes. I would go ahead and pull them off thet stems so it is easy for someone to get them. Grapes are something that almost every one likes, provide just the right amount of breakfast sweetness, and will counter act all the fatty items that will proboly also be in the brunch.
