I pulled my boss name and she has everything that you can think of what is the perfect gift. we are not suppose to go over 15.00 dollars.

you can probably get a wonderful holiday DVD for $15.00
Perhaps she has an interest and you can get her a years subscription to a magazine she'd enjoy.
Fleece scarf or gloves would always be welcome.
A nice plant for her office, or desk...

I once gave my boss a can of weasel food for Christmas. Anonymously, of course. Man, people were snickering over that until February. (My boss was not a popular person, even with other bosses.) ;-))
Seriously, how 'bout a gift card for someplace like Starbucks or a bagel shop?

Try a basket full of what he/she likes to munch on at work. My boss is into salty not sweet; so his would be filled with chips and crackers, gum, lighter, (he smokes), he is always drinking Monsters and Cokes, so a few cans of each in the basket. Hope this helps!

Go to the Bath and Body Works where there's always something on sale. I just purchased some shampoo and conditioner in Coconut Lime Verbena (subtle and wonderful), and one pair of soft adorable socks. They can wrap it for you and if she doesn't like the scent, she can take it back for something else, and there's so much to choose from there.
