You should definately bring this to his parents attention. He apparently does not understand boundries and needs to learn them. Have a picture taken with his parents and you, then give that one to him.
He is beginning to feel his sexuality so it is important that he not be punished or ridiculed for it because of the lasting negative effects it could cause him later. You should express this concern to his folks so they will handle it properly.
