so what would be makin my flywheel not trun an how can i fix it

befor it went out there was alot of smoke coming out of the pvc hose but out than that it was truning over good then i cut it off an tha next day it wouldent

Usually when the flywheel won't turn, there is internal engine damage of some sort stopping it.
I have seen leaking head gaskets fill the cylinders with water/antifreeze (hydro-lock), broken crankshaft, siezed bearings, etc.
You need to have someone who really knows engines look at it.

What happened before the motor quit turning? Was it not run for a while? Was there a sound before the motor died? If you can't turn the motor it's froze, you need to answer the top questions to find the cause. If it set up you can have rust on the cyl walls. A sound could signify mechanical problems like a dropped valve or other major problems. Shoot, water in a cylinder could cause one to lock up. Good luck.

either you have seized the motor or you have an electrical problem, I once had a faulty Battery cable that was cracked under the insulation, make sure you are getting 12volts to the main starter terminal ( try a jumper cable) then try starting it.

Its locked up,the motor is history

sounds like the engine is locked up.
