Hi. I need some good, simple fish recipes that do not involve nuts, soy, dairy or eggs of which the costs are fairly inexpensive. Say $5 per person?

simple baked fish with lemon and pepper, or seasoned salt. Fried fish, baked fish with tomato sauce and veggies, try cream of mushroom soup over fish and bake it, or with alfredo sauce.

Mussels mariniere. Jacques Pepin has a good recipe for this, and mussels are one of the most economical shellfish.

take one salmon fillet or any other inexepencieve fish put canolia oil on chop bell peppers red green or yellow and wrap with aluminum foil bake til fish is flakey it doesnt take long

you make Fish curry dish.. and onion just have to get fish curry and cocount milk and salt and pepper and little masla.. but do not use salmon.. i have cook it with that before.. fillet or any other fish would be fine.. and little water.. and you can look it up too
