To be perfectly frank, the last thing Iraq needs now is more religion. It will partition, in the same way that India did. the separate states will then spend a few years at war, before Iran annexes part of it.

Getting rid of a President bent on continuing the fighting might help.
How 'bout a plan for leaving the country that we basically demolished to force democracy upon, and allowing them to setup their own government.
How 'bout a plan for restitution for the destruction of a country.
How about a formal apology to a country we invaded under false pretenses. We said we were looking for WMD. We knew they weren't there. Bush and Blair had planned to enter despite what was found.
Little B was po'd that Big B didn't finish the job and wanted to make a name. He did, We went in, and now have a country in utter disarray, with no viable plan to fix it.
Prayer isn't going to fix it. It's going ot take effort and time and money and lots of swallowed pride.

define "replied prayers" nevertheless. in case you pray for the lottery and a few how make it by using a 12 months of unemployment, how is that no longer an answer on your prayers? in case you pray that your father will stay to tell the story his coronary heart attack yet instead dies quickly once you get to his part, how is that no longer an answer on your prayers? each so often what we predict of we'd like isn't what we opt for. a loss of unanswered prayers isn't for any of your motives.

In the OT the 'prince of PERSIA' was the force holding up the archangel's answer to a prayer. So 'mighty and unified' prayer will help, as it says 'unless He tarry', in holding back world destruction.

Run for office, join the Army, vote the people who put us there out of office. Stop voting the party line. Push for new blood and new ideas. There are many things you could do. Sitting in your bedroom on your knees isn't one of the more productive.

No. Prayer doesn't help.
Start a letter campaign to your senators and representatives instead.
