The righteous are often tried and tested in their ways to know how really strong they maybe in their faith . Because what's real can only be shown in time of adversities.

We are righteous not by our works but by our belief. We have God's righteousness because we believe in the saving work of Jesus Christ. Romans 8:28 says" All things work together for good for those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose." It does not say all things are good but they work together for good. When we study the Bible we get tested on what we learn. I was seriously ill over the summer. I was also treated badly by two fellow Christians that I work with. I panicked at first and complained. I then started to trust God and cast all my cares on him because he cares for me. When I did this, my illness was taken away and I did not care that any person could mistreat me again. I feel so relaxed and happy. I started to say 'Bring it on Lord' I realized that my suffering would be turned to blessing. I also realized that in this life is the only time that I will suffer. I will have peace and eternal happiness with my Father in Heaven. So now, If something would happen to me, I will trust the Lord. I will relax and wait to see what the outcome is. I will not worry, be upset. The Lord delivered me. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Peace out.

i think it means that we are not perfect sometimes we are overcome by things such as drugs alcohol and other afflictions and we will definitely make mistakes but when we look to the Lord for help he will deliver us If not in this lifetime then when we meet him in eternity

It is just a sentence that the biblical author wrote in order to console and comfort the ones that suffer.

Afflictions are natural things of life. They dont need to be delivered for God to exist.

I think that it is more accurately translated as "delivers through them all" (not out of)--in other words we will experience a lot of bad things in life but God is with us in all of our troubles and will see us through

this is off the top of my head-and I am concordanceless and bibleless presently

the quote from the k.j. bible was correct however.
