ok well i had intercourse with a condom and unfortunately the condom broke all of a sudden as i got up all of the seamen was coming out of my vagina..is something like this suppose to happen?could i be become pregnant?

Yes, you could become pregnant. If a condom breaks and his semen gets into you, then there is a perfectly good chance that you could. I doesn't matter if some of it drips out...that happens anyway, and there's no way of knowing if it *all* did.
How long ago was it? If it was within 48 hours of now, you need to immediately get to the Dr. or a planned parenthood clinic and take the "Plan B" pill. That way, you can prevent yourself conceiving. Unless, of course, you'd rather take your chances. If you're under 18 and your parents don't know about your sexual activity or whatever, don't worry about it. Just look up planned parenthood clinics online and find one in your area, and find a way to go. Maybe ask a trusted friend to go with you.
That being said, don't freak out too much. Just because you could get pregnant doesn't necessarily mean you will, especially if you're right at the beginning or near the end of your cycle. You're only fertile for a few days of the month, so hopefully you aren't fertile right now.
