go to a bulk foods place, I like bulk barn, and buy as much pretzels as you want/need, get some good baking white chococolate and you can chop and melt it in the microwave, just really take your time with the microwave, I believe white chocolate burns faster in the microwave than regular chocolate does. put it in for maybe 20 secs at a time, mixing between times until it is half to 3/4 the way melted and just mix the rest of the bits in, the chocolate will be warm enough to melt the rest of the bits in then you won't risk burning it. Toss some pretzels in and coat them good, let excess drip off or put them on a wire cooling rack if you have one, any excess chocolate will drip off that way too. If using a cooling rack it is a good idea to have a tray, wax paper or something to catch the drips under the rack.

Enjoy your pretzels.

Just use 2 pots. I do a lot of chocolate work. Last week I used a recipe that called for the white chocolate to melted in the microwave, and it burned, So I prefer the old fashion t pot method.

Melt the chococlate and dip, place on wax paper. your done.

You know Baker's Chocolate? "They" make it in white chocolate now, and you just melt it. Take a cookie sheet and put wax paper on it, lay out your pretzels and drizzle the chocolate over them. You can get pretty creative using different colors of meltable stuff, or candy sprinkles...plus Walmart sells white chocolate covered pretzels in tubs, in case you feel lazy. LOL

go to the store and buy some baker's chocolate. take it home and melt it in the microwave or something. then put your pretzels into the melted white chocolate, and coat them real good. then drop them onto a cookie with wax paper on it. let them dry, and enjoy.

you can get white and dark chocolate at the grocery store in the candy aisle. there is one brand called Bark (dont know if that's spelled right or not).... you melt it in the microwave and dip the pretzels in it... you can sprinkle green or red sprinkles on it to make them festive. then let air dry. you put them on wax paper. they are yummy goodness. :o) you can dip half of a marshmallow in dark chocolate too- that's good and different.
