Do you want a hot, cheating boyfriend who will lie and say it will never happen again then goes ahead and sleeps with other girls bringing home who knows what? Then keep dating him for his hotness and not his trust and love. But then, you stressed that he's hot, so maybe trust and love are not your priorities.

In most cases once they cheat on you they'll do it again. And if he's "hot", I'm sure you can find someone else hotter and will respect you enough not to step outside of your relationship and cheat on you.

You should break up with him if you're not OK with him cheating on you all of the time. If you're OK with him cheating all of the time, you should stay.
You should date other people too. If he's not committing to you, you shouldn't commit to him. On top of that, you'll still get to have sex with him. It's a win win situation.

Yes you should. Then again since all you said about him is that he is hot, maybe you shouldn't. You did not mention love or caring about him, just that he is hot. So I retract that and since its just superficial for you, what do you care if he cheated, keep him around as your arm trophy. You get the prize, you just get to share.

depends on if you love him.... if you honestly love him and can deal with it then give him a second chance.... everyone is human and makes mistakes... the question is can you forgive his mistake even though you will never forget it. if it was me i would give it a second chance and work on your trust, but make it a point that every one makes mistakes but if he does it again then you tell him you are going to erase him from your memory like he never exsisted.
