He means that you aren't smart. You're a space cadet, goofball, airhead, lame brain, doofus.
Addled means befuddled or muddled.
Based on your spelling and poor writing skills the guy made an accurate assessment. You would benefit from some additional education.

My brother called a girl a ditz once...he liked her a lot, but he was really nervous, though the same can't be said for every guy that says it.
Addled means having lost the power of development, and becomes rotten (if you're an egg, which I doubt you are), or in the case of one's brain, to become confused.
