nope. if you want one of those then you have to find them at a harware store. and they dont come cheap

I never heard of a shower head that filtered out parasites.

No and the majority just spread the water out in a mist or spray for showering purposes. Some homes with water softener's help a little. Most water systems put chlorine in the water to take care of bacteria and parasites.

If you are worried about your water, go on-line and find a place that will test it for you. In rural areas, the health department or the county agent can help you with that.
