read books, or newspaper.just anythinglistin to what they say in the tv.. at home try to talk English or with friends... just never forget your 1St language, its sad when people do =(

If you aren't a native speaker then there are some free classes out there that you can take you just have to look for them. If you are a native speaker and you want your english to become more proper than you can take classes or you can just hang around people who do speak proper english. I would be suprised how much we learn from other people.

Talk to people who only speak English and pic the way to speak from TV and radio don't speak in you language at all and you have a question go to your teacher or somebody who really knows about this.
