i am not sure if it is the weather but my face has been so super dry and flakly. Specialy around my nose, mouth and chin and even when i moisterize. What can i do? What is the best face moisturizer out there. Please Help ;(

I use Oil of Olay for dry skin, and it works great. In the winter my face is dry and in the summer its too oily, so I switch off. Good luck to you!

The best moisturizer for your skin is the natural oils in your skin if you have hard water( which everyone does unless they have a water filtration system or a softner) then your pores will be clogged up with sedament that is in our water supply plus all the chlorine put int by the city in order to sanatize your water. Putting lotions on your skin will only worsen the problem as the natural skin veil is acidic and moisturizers are alkaline and wil just clog your pores up even worse. Another problem is when you use hard water you can never get clean thats why you see all those chemicals in shampoo 90 pecent of the shampoo is chemical water softner because without it you wont get clean at all with city water. If you get a water filtration system not some brita cheapo filter you will never have dry skin again here is a great site on some filtration systems that can help your skin affliction and will make your hair appear healthier and less dry as well.

For my face I absolutely love Mary Kay, and for the rest of my body I use Gold Bond Ultimate Healing. It is the only thing that can keep my legs from being dry. I wouldn't use that on my face though. My skin is pretty dry and the Mary Kay works great!

I looove moisture surge by Clinique. I use it daily for my dry face, and it leaves my face so soft and smooth. My face often feels dry and crackly, and it just soaks up this stuff and feels so nice.
I bet they'd give you a sample if you went and asked for one, that way you don't have to buy it until you know you like it.

I've found that after washing my face at night, I apply a night creme (Avon ANEW to be specific) and my skin seems to be less dry. Then in the morning, after I wash my face, I apply a mositurizer. Drinking lots of water also helps.

I use a really creamy Clinique moisturizer in the day, but at night I slather on the Dove cold cream.
