They should be able to get her records from the vet that they took her to. If they cannot and they SWEAR that the dog had shots the vet can pull blood and do a titer test. A titer test will be a good indicator of the amount of vaccine that the dog has in it's system and will be an indicator if the dog needs new shots or not.

Does this family member know or remember who the veteranarian was who treated the dog? If so, then you can contact the vet and they will be able to retrieve the dog's records for you. If your family member doesn't know or remember, then I would suggest taking the dog to a vet. Maybe the vet has a way to determine of the dog has received shots (ie. blood tests, etc.). It's worth a shot (no pun intended). Good luck!

If you know the person you got the dog from, find out the vet where they took it to get its shots. Vets keep records and if your family member took it to the vet, the vet should have a record of who brought it in and paid for what shots.

All that needs to be done is to have the owner contact the vet that they took the dog to and request copies of all medical records.

Ask them for the name of the vet they took her too or the street and area, anything to recollect their memory. If you get no answers, just take to the vet and let him decide which is the best way to go.

Continental Kennel club and wide-spread Kennel club are literally not valid registries and could take you money yet advise not some thing to a well suggested doggy customer. you should do a google search for for AMBOR, a mixed breed registry that ought to take you money and grant you with papers.
