Unless you live in a 3rd world country and are malnourished, you do not generally need to supplement with vitamins. Esp. if you have a healthy diet. Most people that take these supplements have relatively more expensive urine. Drink water instead. Vitamin water is a marketing ploy.

Not as healthy as taking ONE A DAY Vitamins.

I hear you're only supposed to get your vitamins from the food you eat. All else will effect you negatively in some way or another. For example, eating Vitamin C tablets will make your hair and nails brittle.

Yes, vitamins+water are good for you. BUT most of these type of drinks (VitaminWater) are packed with alot of sugar -- which is NOT good for you. Try drinking water + taking a vitamin. Or look for those without so much sugar.

Water isn't rly a Vitamin but yes ITS EXTREAMLY HEALTHY! You can get your others by eating properly!

the idea of it is sound. about all you can do easily is check the ingredients. it's up to you to decide if they are good ingredients.

there are cheaper ways to get vitamins and water, of course.

probably. but you could get more vitamins from a one-a-day supliment. it would be a lot cheaper too. vitamin water is a gimick.

it has lots of vitamins in it, but it also has about 150 calories per bottle and a ton of sugar...so I say stay away from it!
