Like most people have already noted Catholicism IS Christianity! They are the original Christians. I am so tired of people telling me that I am not a Christian because I am Catholic. Read up on the history of Christianity and on World History before you ask ignorant insulting questions. That or stop listening to the self righteous New age Christians who believe their way is the only way. Believe what you want but do get educated about other religions before you ask such an ignorant question.

If you mean being stuck between Catholicism and Protestantism, there is a name for that: Lutheran :D
That's what it feels like to me sometimes, anyway...my family (not necessarily myself) is Lutheran Missouri-Synod, and even though the Lutheran Church was the first-ever Protestant Church (or so history would have us believe), it still feels very connected to the Catholic Church, just in some of its beliefs and practices.

nope, once I realized that Catholcism was not Christianity and that I was being lied to , I moved on and never looked back- my mom is still pretty upset about it but I have no questions, doubts or desires to go back to the false , pagan rooted religion that Catholicism is.
I am amazed to hear so many say that it is the original Christianity. None of the apostles of Christ were catholic and none of them preached, taught or lived the way the catholic church does- the early church looked a whole lot more like Judaism.

I think you mean "stuck between Catholicism (full Christianity, founded by Christ) and Protestantism (partial Christianity, founded by men)". No, I do not feel stuck "between them", in fact I don't even know what that phrase could possibly mean. I live my life in the fullness of truth, in the One Church Jesus Christ personally founded for all mankind, the one that Scripture calls "the pillar and foundation of truth". I do feel sorry for those who are stuck in a manmade tradition of thousands of unauthorized, conflicting, semi-Christian denominations. But the true Church is there waiting for them. If they listen to the Holy Spirit, they will find themselves drawn to it, for it is where God calls all His children to be, in unity and in truth. More than 1.2 million adults entered the true Church last year alone. Let us pray that more and more of God's children will see the light, and come home to the fullness of faith in Jesus Christ, our Blessed Lord and Redeemer.

Where are you stuck....the simple answer is to get unstuck by knowing who it is you truly believe in and have built a relationship with. Is it the "church", a "religious way of thinking" or do you have a personal relationship with Jesus the Christ...The answer you must choose on your own. read your Bible and ask God to show you who you are in your relationship with Jesus....after all this is agreat time since we are about to celebrate His birth as a real event that has changed the entire world.

Stuck? No.
I'm a follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I read the Holy Bible (there are no other Holy books.)
What is there to be "stuck" over?
What it comes down to is this: Only the people with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will enter into Heaven. It matters not what you have chosen as your denomination.

Yes. That was before I could tell the difference between the two. Religion is like a car. Catholicism is like a Cadillac. If it does get you where you need to go...get a different one that does.
It doesn't matter who you get there, just so long as you get there.

Catholicism is full-blown Christianity. The Catholic Church is the one that Christ founded.
The rest of the Christian churches out there are man-made offshoots.
