...and where does it say that once Israel finds this land, that others can't fight for that land? just as Israel fights for what she believes is her own? Can I find anything beyond the first five books of the bible please? and what about the rest of the world? was anyone else supposedly promised land by God?

Some of your answers are precisely the reason why I do not accept the "first five books of the bible". But thanks anyway.

The books of Genesis and Exodos define it pretty well.

(God told Isaac...) "Dwell in this land (Canaan), and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father." Gen 26.3

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, "Command the children of Israel, and say to them: `When you come into the land of Canaan, this is the land that shall fall to you as an inheritance -- the land of Canaan to its boundaries.' " Num 34.1-2

However, I guess your real question is why should this (or any) people have a claim to this area. Even if you discount the Bible (or the Torah and it's references in the Quran) as the holy place of the people of the book (ie the Jews), it's hard to find any people who can demonstrate a much stronger historical claim to the land than the Jews.

Obviously nothing says that it can't be fought for, just as nothing says I can't beat you up and take your grandmothers jewelry. Our traditions of ownership would give you claim to the heirlooms of your family, but if I chose to disregard them, the only thing that would protect your rights to your history is whether or not you have the will to defend it.

So far, Israel seems to have demonstrated the will to defend what most of the world has been considered their origin since thousands of years BC. As long as they can continue to do so in the face of the hatred and depravity of groups like Hamas, then I would have to say that God is really on their side....

Genesis 18:18 On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, "To your descendants I have given this land, From the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates: 19 the Kenite and the Kenizzite and the Kadmonite 20 and the Hittite and the Perizzite and the Rephaim 21 and the Amorite and the Canaanite and the Girgashite and the Jebusite."

Genesis 12:7, 13:15, 15:18, 17:8

God says it is "forever" in Genesis 13:15; in 17:8 God says that the land is given "as an everlasting hold."

Why do you need another part of the Bible? Will another book convince you if you don't believe the first? I doubt it. If you're not going to listen to God, then who WILL you listen to?

As to other people being promised land - it's not up to me to keep their records for them.

The bible is full of references to the promised land. They can keep on fighting, but Israel will continue to kick their behinds.

The claims to the land are found in the first 5 books.

No one claims that one has no right to fight for what they believe is theirs, however, it is disingenuous for someone to claim to own something they never owned or have any historal link to.

There are multiple references in Genesis chapter 23 to the Israelites (Jews) being entitled to special land, including several that suggest it's just fine to maim & kill gentiles to secure occupation.
