So, there's this guy at my school that's reaaaaally hot, let's call him Mike, and I've had a major crush on him ever since the day I met him, but Mike had a crush on my best friend, let's call her Cindy. So Mike asked Cindy out, and she said yes, but after a month they were dating, Cindy cheated on him (she's crazy!) But all of the sudden, Mike says that he wants to date ME!! But I don't know what to do, I mean, I'm so in love with him, but my best friend hates him because they got into a huge fight after Cindy cheated on him, and it'd be REALLY weird 2 date my best friend's ex.... Any advice??? Please!! I need to tell him back if I want to date him tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!

Well.... I first talked to "Cindy", and asked her if it was ok with her to date "Mike", she said that she had no problem, so I then went to Mike, but didn't ask him out, but told him that he had to wait for me if he really wanted to date me. I told him that I needed a couple of months to settle some things down, but it's really to see if he's really into me as to wait for me, so.... If everything works out, I hope that by Valentine's Day we'll be together!!

I think you should talk to your friend about it. I know one of my friends went out with one of my ex's and didnt even talk to me about it she avoided me and that only made me mad when if she would have came up to me i would have been fine with it. Because if you really like someone and have for a while and your friend gets to him first but she doesnt really care about him then there shouldnt be any reason why you shouldnt be able to see how things work out between you and him. Especially since the only reason your friend hates him is because they got in a fight after she cheated on him and htey broke up. Obviously he is going to be mad she cheated on him so they are going to argue. So just talk to her about it and if she is completely horrible about it and you dont want to go against her then just tell him you really like him but want to wait awhile until your friend comes around. Because if he is really really likes you he will wait. Eventually she will calm down and get over it and see how much you two like each other.

Oh honey you so do not want to date him. I know you say you're in love with him but are you really or is it that you are terribly physically attracted to him. Have you honestly spent time with him where you can claim to be in actual love with him. Is your friend Cindy worth giving up to date some guy that you probably won't even remember in 5 years? Do you know why your friend cheated I'm not saying there is a good reason to cheat but maybe he cheated first or he just wasn't good boyfriend material. You have to know that if you date your BEST friends ex boyfriend people will talk about you and take sides you are looking to not just lose your best friend Cindy but friends y'all have in common who will see you dating mike as backstabbing. think about it there are millions of guys out there that are not your friends ex don't think that this one guy is the only thing for you. Go for it. He must see something in you he liked. As for dating the best friend ex, Cindy didn't have a problem going out with Mike when she must of known you had a major crush on him.

did your best friend knew that you had the hots for this guy before they started dating?? if so then by all means go out with him if you know he will treat you right.
be careful as he might be a dog and his game plan is just to sleep with as much of you as he can. this world is a really crtazy place
all in all.......follow your heart even though it might take you on some wrong turns at time but every thing is a learning experience

You might wanna just let him go, that is if you want to keep your best friend. Who are you loyal to first? Talk to your best friend and let her know how you've always felt about him and that you don't know why she cheated on him. You should ask her. Maybe he did something or does something that you might not like either. Hope this helps. Hold out as long as you can! There's no rush with love.

Do whatver you want-Sounds like some gradeschool drama anyway. Bascially these silly "relationships" are just practice for adult relationships later on. Besides it sounds like he's only asking you out because he thnks it will make your friend jealous. So if you think that it's worth ruining a friendship over some prebubescent little jerk with acne on his butt, then go right ahead.

Do what you want to do. If she cheated on him and they broke up, that's all over, and she needs to get a grip. If she hates him, don't double date...
You'll probably have to lay out all of this to her, so she knows how long you've jonesed for this guy, but if she's really your friend, she'll get it that she messed up, you're really into him, and she'll be supportive. Good luck--

WAIT!!! give it atleast a month if not three... tell him that your gona be really bisy the next three months or somethen of that nature and you dont have time for a bf. but dont be his fall back girl.. cause if you are that he will use you every time like that... just give it time if he really likes you he will wait. i'm not saying to ignore him... flurt with him... go on a couple daits with him... keep him intrested.... he will stick around...
