Are you kidding? Look over some of the questions on here, and count how many times you see some girl saying, "There's this boy I like, how do I ask him out?" It's hard to put yourself on the line when there's someone you like, especially if you aren't the most confident person in the world. I don't think it's a gender issue!

Because they don't know if you'll like them and they're afraid of getting their feelings hurt. If it really bothers you, go talk to them! They will probably appreciate it. You'd better get used to it, because lots of guys are like that. Good luck!

i know exactly what u mean i waited for five months for this one guy to ask me out and finally i just had to ask him out myself sometimes guys r just to shy or think that u r way out of there league

dont be rushin, its scary as f**ck for guys to start thngs off, and it doesnt hurt for u to put a liitle fort in it, just be patient
