You are supposed to derive energy from the foods you eat - specifically, from carbs, fat, and protein.

At first after giving up caffeine, you're going to go through withrawal and you'll be very sleepy for a week or two. But, it'll pass and then your body will be get used to surviving without caffeine and you'll feel energetic without it. Make sure to eat breakfast - fruit is a good breakfast option because the carbs are the very simple sugars in the fruits, and they are easily used for energy.

Regular exercise is also very good for increasing energy. Helps get the metabolism going so your body effectively burns calories to use for body processes.

Obviously, make sure you get plenty of sleep too! lol

First you should not be drinking caffeine. Juice is a much better choice and it may be hard, but bring a snack in between lunch/dinner so you don't lapse. Exercise and eating healthy should get you off. DON'T FALL FOR ENERGY BARS THEY DON'T DO GOOD.

I highly enjoy XS Energy drinks. There is no caffeine in most of them, but pure vitamins. You can look them up. They come in different flavors like root beer, cola, cherry, citrus....and they are really good. Don't taste like vitamin drinks at all.
