From when you say you're thinking of starving yourself, that makes me think you may be bordering on Anorexia.

Anorexia is -not- a "look" a "fashion" or anything else of that sort. It is a disease.

For this, I suggest seeing a psychologist, or talk to your doctor NOW, sooner rather than later.

Though whoever had said you have an opinion formed about yourself is right - we're not going to change you.

Not even if we tell you that genetic makeup formed what you are, and that you're going to be what you're going to be.

Learn to accept it, and realize that starving yourself is just going to land you in the hospital, or worse, dead.

If you think you're beautiful, then you're really just going to have to come to terms that your body is what it is. Eat healthy, don't starve yourself, and accept it.

Don't ever try diet pills. They can do damage to your heart. Be careful. Take control of yourself. Your acting as if you have 100lbs. to lose.
Drink a glass of water before your meals. If you eat chocolate, switch to dark chocolate and don't eat too much of it. Cut out soda and junk food and I believe you will lose your weight in no time.

Ask your mom to check this site out together. I believe you both will enjoy it. www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Will my opinion change yours?

I think you already have formed your opinion about your body and there are only two ways out of this. Either to accept that it is normal and healthy the way you are, or, make changes in your lifestyle to get to the point where you want to be. It is important what you want to achieve. Visualize it. Write down your goals and make a plan to achieve them.

It may be the genetic cards you were dealt to have thicker muscles in your legs... but you can still lose weight. Watch what you eat, eat 1500 calories per day and you will lose weight. Stop drinking soda or any kind of calorie filled drink. Drink water instead. I know that when I gave up soda, I lost 15 lbs in one month! Quickest weight I've ever lost, and now look at me! Good luck sweets.

Im 16 and know what you are going through, Im 5'6 and weigh 138. We could both stand to loose some weight. I often think about starving myself as well, we just need to exercise, do cardio so that your muscles do not bulk up, it will just help with flab. Drink lots of water and try not to eat junk food, trust me I know, all of my friends are extremly thin and can eat what ever they please and when I am around them I so desperatly want to.

it looks your head is screwed on the right way. you do not favor to get busted by the law enforcement officials for doing drugs or eating underage and also you truly do not favor to change right into a daddy at age 13-14. keep putting out with your 10th grade associates and attempt to ward off your 9th grade classmates.

according to doctors your bmi is 23.8
and that is considered 'healthy/normal'

if you try to lose weight at a healthy weight, then you are malnourshing yourself, which results in

stunted growth
loss of mensturation
damage to health
etc.

honey, its not worth it
