First, go and stand kinda close to her. Make sure you're not too close.

The goal is to look like you are just some average good looking guy minding his own business.

If she is with a friend having a conversation eavesdrop on her conversion. Listen very carefully. If she is alone forget about the eavesdropping part. Watch her very carefully. DO NOT stare at her. When she does something you can have a conversation about, seize you moment and talk to her about that thing.

Try to keep the conversation going. Make your self sound interesting but not a super hero. What ever you say about yourself be truthful. And make sure you don't make it look like you were dieing to talk to her. Just talk as if you are a normal very social person who is just talking to a girl about something.
Try to get her attention but don't sound like you're hitting on her. Most girl's hate it. And the usual approach 'Hi' is too blunt. Makes you sound desperate.

Trust me this works!!!!!

Strike up a conversation with something simple but to not intimadating. Examples) Comment on her hair or her jewelry. Ask her if she goes to that specific bar, restaurant a lot. Ask her if she knows the majority of people there. What does she do for fun, where does she work, does she go school. Hope this helps ya! Good Luck!

comment on something in your surrounding area. if you're at a bar with live music you could compliment the band or insult the band if they're bad but be aware that could make you seem negative. You have to be careful when approaching a girl because sometimes girls just don't want to be bothered so make sure you're reading her correctly and she seems approachable or you'll get dissed. Maybe smile at her first and if she smiles back you got the go ahead to approach with a hello how are you.

Just say hi, introduce yourself, pick something that you are comfortable talking about and go from there. If the conversation turns awkward maybe she's not the right one for you, in which case move on to the next one.

What always got me the most interested in a guy was if he could make me laugh and if he got my sense of humor. I'm not saying walk up and tell her a joke, but if you can think of something funny to say it will defiantly help. Good Luck!

Try saying hi first and introduce yourself. If you are in the same class or in a store comment on something that she is doing or ask her a question about it. You want to get her attention show her you are interested in her & not her looks.

say hi then pick a topic like TV, sports, favorite hobbies, etc. and just go along with it until you have something in common. Then try to make her laugh. Thats a great way to get her interested in you.

Be the spider. Attract the fly by making a web. stealth and cunning are essential in this game. Or you could just compliment her hair but maybe she would think you were gay then.

Is she's worth getting to know, a simple greeting and perhaps a an HONEST compliment could work wonders! Good luck!
