Be honest with yourself and with her. If you can't honestly see yourself with her around your friends and family then don't even consider it. But if you like her you can acknowledge her feelings and say, hey I am flattered that you have a crush on me but for now all I am able to offer is a good friend who might like to enjoy hanging out (if you sincerely do want that). You might be surprised later with what happens or what doesn't happen but if you are truly somewhere in the middle spending more time with her will help... and laying the boundary down first will help her to know not to expect candles and roses.

What do you mean by a little person? Do you mean a midget or a person whose position in the company is lower than yours?

If you mean a midget, then only if you're attracted to her. Don't date someone just because you feel sorry for her; that's insulting.

If you mean a person whose position is lower than yours, then check your workplace's policy on dating before you make a move.

Of course you should go out with her. You have nothing to lose and who knows you guys just might click. Just because she is a little person doesn't mean that she isn't a person with feelings.

No. You should not go out with some one you consider "little." Only date people you respect.

I agree with everyone else- get to know her, if you like her, why not? Love has less to do with physical appearace and more to do with a good meshing of personalities and chemistry.

don't go ditching her just based on her looks. get to know her on the inside and then you can decide whether you really like her or not. hasn't your mother ever told you "don't judge a book by it's cover"??

Unless you think it could go somewhere, don't raise her expectations. Unless you mean to follow up.
