When the winter season comes my skin gets realy itchy on my neck, back and stomache areas. I tried all anti-iching creams and all moisturizers but nothing seems to work. I know I have dry skin and I try to keep it healty by putting lotion on after I shower and dring plenty of H2O but, I still itch and I even start to get this red rash. I don't know what to do next. Please help me.

Where do you live (what kind of climate?) I used to have the same problem when I lived in the Northeastern US ... the winters are cold and dry = bad for your skin. It sounds like you are doing exactly what you should be doing with the extra lotion and hydration. What worked for me was Aveeno with colloidal oatmeal. They even make soothing bath soaks. Are you allergic to wool maybe? I'd ask a dermatologist though if things get worse.

Try mixing in a little olive oil with your lotion. Just a tiny bit.
