The same way you get rid of any other acne. But it might not just be acne, you could have really bad razor burn, which makes the hair get trapped inside the sin and make it look like acne. so you could try and stop shaving in that area for a little while and see if it clears up.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Exfoliate, Salicylic Acid body wash and oil-free moisterizer. If you have bumpy arms and acne in other areas on your body, you may have Keratosis Pilaris as I do. If so, the acne is caused by the thicker skin that is more prone to breakouts.

I use a glycolic serum to exfoliate and when it's bad, use Neutrogena's body wash with salicylic acid. Use a dermatolist recommended moisterizer like Cetaphil or Aveno that will not clog up pores.

my Daughter used the proactive treatment program and it has virtually "wiped her clear" of acne. Yes the cost can be a bit much but we found a website that has proactive at a greatly reduced cost! it is the actual product, just a special deal thru this website only. give it a look in the health & beauty section.

go to the acne section of a pharmacy like cvs or something. they sell acne body wash. but if you dont want ot use that, use a regular scrub that had microbeads in it. it will take off all the dead skin and smooth your skin, though i dont think it does much for the acne....oh well goodluck!
