I'm seventeen and my boyfriend of sevenish months and I broke up.A month ago be he was being inconsiderate of my feelings and I was upset and impulsively broke up with him. I just wanted him to respect me a little more, it BACKFIRED. He ended up mad/hurt because that was the 3rd time I've broken up with him. And he said he didnt want to get back together very harshly two days later when I began apologizing. Well a week later I texted him told him I missed him&asked if he would talk to me the next day in person- he agreed he missed me too. But that night in a stupidly unsober move I made out with this guy at a party.Of course my ex found out that night&he was really mad saying "You dont miss me obviously if you're able to go do that." After talking and me crying in front of him (i've never done) he said it would take him time to get over it but we could "date" and talk. Three weeks later, I know he's talking to girls&we havent talked in a week. Should I get over him or try again

You messed up too many times, you have to ask yourself if it was meant to be. It couldn't possibly, you both have a lack of communication. Eventually you will come to terms with this, and realize both of you don't know how to listen & understand eachother. A good long lasting relationship you need will come where this is true. Your ex was quick to insult you, you were wrong to dump him without explaining your feelings so HE COULD understand you, and he didn't fight for you proving he didn't care to be in a relationship with you. So he had no right to get mad at you for hookin up with some random. Thusly, he wants to move on too, which makes sense. Get over it and make sure the lines of communication are open next time. Truthfully guys want to understand us we just gotta learn to make it easier for them. BUT IF you two end up back, agree not to let eachother get misunderstood, make sure he cares, and communicate better.

Stop terrorizing this poor guy! You're a jerk! You can't use passive aggressive moves to make anyone want or like you (i.e. breaking up with him to get him to act differently). Learn how to have discussions about things. You're incredibly manipulative and this guy ain't havin' it.
Besides, it's HS. Like any of that is real.

Well in the first place don't theaten something you don't want to happen. You got what you wanted didn't you. It sucks but you asked for it.
But you must of not really cared either if you found another guys to mash with.
Sucks but its a learning curve.

I think you should meet some guys, take a break but keep in touch with your ex...he will talk to you again...then you can go that direction or maybe you will have met anouther guy in the period of time.

maybe this is something you dont want to hear, but u need to move on. you obviously hurt the guy and im sure he would think twice (no offense) of talking to you like that again. i know i would.
